- length: 30 min (20 min speech + 10 min questions and discussions)
Workshops
- provided for all focus themes
- aim of a workshop: The participants develop common strategies to solve different issues – learning from each other and together is requested
- task of the workshop leader: preparation, moderation, scheduling and documentation of the workshop, not mediation of contents
- number of participants: maximum of 25 persons
- length: 90 min
Panel discussions
- provided for the focus theme 5
- moderated discussion about an issue of a group of experts resp. representatives of interest groups after an introductory statement
- the audience has the occasion to ask questions in the second part of the discussion • length: 90 min (1 to 2 introductory statements – 10 min each – included)
“A Market of Opportunities”
- opportunity for individuals to present their very personal innovative ideas around braille at a small exhibition stand that was free of charge
- presentation of new products and unique teaching methods
